De Key housing corporation

Safe living
StabiAlert studied a three-floor flat building for the Amsterdam housing corporation De Key. The residents of the pre-war complex were concerned about vibrations and movements they believed they felt in the building.

Over a period of three months, StabiAlert carried out continuous measurements of any subsidence or vibrations with four sensors. However, the sensors did not detect any and the building could be declared safe.

For the housing corporation, the measurement provided certainty about the condition of their property and the residents could be reassured.
