Movements of different parts of the embankment at Garmerwolde

In the northern embankment of a dutch canal, known as "Eemskanaal", near the purification facility in Garmerwolde, several tilt-sensors are mounted over a range of 400 meters.

In the animation below , the incremental movement of alle sensors between 20th of September 2013 and 26th of May 2014 are shown. 

The animation is speeded up by 700.000 times. (the deformation shown in 30 sec actually takes 250 days). The movements are amplified by 200 times.

By moving the slider u can easily move to the desired time-frame. With the stop/play button u can stop or resume playback.
